We, the Southeastern Colorado Regional Emergency and Trauma Advisory Council (SECRETAC), strive to provide leadership, system integration, and direction that enhance the Emergency Medical and Trauma System (EMTS) networks, who strive to improve the outcome of patient care in both Medical and Trauma Patients.
